Amelika Fransiska Wardeke. 2023, Analysis of ICT Teacher Readiness in Implementing the Independent Curriculum at Vocational Schools throughout Sintang City. Thesis. Computer Education Study Program. STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. Advisor 1: Yasinta Lisa, S.Sc., M.Cs. Advisor II: Yayan Adrianova Eka Tuah, S.Kom., M.Pd. Keywords: ICT Teacher Readiness, Independent Curriculum The independent curriculum is a new curriculum that is implemented and it is necessary to see how far the teacher's readiness is in implementing the independent curriculum. The purpose of this study was to measure the readiness of teachers majoring in ICT in implementing the independent curriculum. Researcher used the mixed method method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data collection tools in the form of interview sheets, questionnaire sheets, observation sheets and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using a mixed method with the dominant quantitative method and qualitative supporting methods, quantitative namely the results of questionnaires and observations while qualitative were the results of interviews. The research results obtained were 1) school policies in realizing the independent curriculum: conducting IHT/in-house training in the new school year. 2 School efforts in realizing an independent curriculum: requiring teachers to make teaching modules and take part in IHT activities. 3) Readiness of teachers majoring in ICT in implementing the independent curriculum: Based on the four teacher indicators, there are six teachers in the ready category and ten teachers in the very ready category. The average value is 81.54% in the very ready category and the observation results are 94.85% in the very ready category. 4) Efforts by teachers majoring in ICT in implementing the independent curriculum: teachers have prepared teaching modules and participated in IHT coaching. Carry out learning by having emotional stability, being honest/open, sensitive to technological developments and being able to utilize technology, master the material and have a strategy. The results of observations of the teacher's teaching module obtained results with an average of 100% in the Very Ready category. 5) Inhibiting and supporting factors that affect teacher readiness: the unavailability of independent curriculum packages in education units and the lack of facilities and infrastructure used by teachers during learning. The conclusion based on indicators of teacher readiness is that teachers majoring in ICT at SMKs in Sintang City are very ready to implement the independent curriculum.
