Abstract

Andreas Aldi. 2024. Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) Berbasis Kontekstual Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Subtema Manusia dan Lingkungan Kelas V SD. Skripsi. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh guru kesulitan dalam memecahkan masalah, sehingga pembelajaran terlihat monoton dengan guru menjelaskan dan siswa hanya membaca, mencatat, dan mendengarkan tanpa ada respon balik dari siswa. Alternatif mengatasi masalah tersebut salah satunya dengan menggunakan LKS berbasis kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan Mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Siswa Berbasis Kontekstual pada Pembelajaran Tematik Subtema Manusia dan Lingkungan Kelas V SD, menggunakan metode penelitian R&D (Research and Development) dengan model Penelitian menurut Borg & Gall yang terbagi menjadi 8 langkah. Meliputi: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi, produk final. Penelitian dilakukan di dua sekolah yaitu, Sekolah Dasar Negeri 07 Belikai Sebagai Uji Coba Skala Kecil dan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 06 Belimbing Sebagai Uji Coba Skala Besar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lembar Kerja Siswa Berbasis Kontekstual yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak. Dengan hasil validasi bahan ajar dan hasil validasi materi diperoleh skor masing-masing sebesar 89% dan 93,3%. Tes hasil belajar siswa pada uji coba skala kecil sebesar 87,3 (Posttest) dengan N-Gain skor diperoleh 77,41%. Dan pada uji coba skala besar sebesar 85,84 (Posttest) dengan hasil perhitungan N-Gain skor diperoleh 72,52% cukup efektif. Hasil tanggapan siswa dan guru pada uji coba skala kecil masing-masing sebesar 82,85% dan 100%. Sedangkan pada uji coba skala besar hasil tanggapan siswa dan guru masing-masing sebesar 83,33% dan 100%. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) Berbasis Kontekstual pada Pembelajaran Tematik Subtema Manusia dan Lingkungan diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi guru, siswa, sekolah dan penelitian lainnya.

This research is motivated by teachers' difficulties in solving problems, so that learning looks monotonous with teachers explaining and students only reading, taking notes, and listening without any response from students. One alternative to overcome this problem is to use contextual-based LKS. This study aims to Develop Contextual-Based Student Worksheets in Thematic Learning of Human and Environment Subthemes for Grade V Elementary School, using the R&D (Research and Development) research method with the Research model according to Borg & Gall which is divided into 8 steps. Includes: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trial, revision, final product. The study was conducted in two schools, namely, State Elementary School 07 Belikai as a Small-Scale Trial and State Elementary School 06 Belimbing as a Large-Scale Trial. The results of the study showed that the Contextual-Based Student Worksheets developed were declared feasible. With the results of the validation of teaching materials and the results of the validation of materials obtained scores of 89% and 93.3% respectively. The test of student learning outcomes in small-scale trials was 87.3 (Posttest) with an N-Gain score of 77.41%. And in large-scale trials of 85.84 (Posttest) with the results of the N-Gain score calculation obtained 72.52% quite effective. The results of student and teacher responses in small-scale trials were 82.85% and 100% respectively. While in large-scale trials the results of student and teacher responses were 83.33% and 100%. Thus it is concluded that the Development of Contextual-Based Student Worksheets (LKS) in Thematic Learning of Human and Environmental Subthemes is expected to be beneficial for teachers, students, schools and other research.
