MIE INSTAN DARI KERUPUK BASAH

: Kerupuk Basah or 'Temet' in the Kapuas Hulu language is a processed food made from
fish that is only found in the rivers of West Kalimantan. This culinary is indeed quite foreign to the
ears of Indonesians, but in West Kalimantan itself it is a snack that is excellent because it tastes
delicious and delicious. The purpose of making this product is so that Kerupuk Basah can be better
known nationally and help economic growth in the Kapuas Hulu district because this product has
the potential to become a new favorite food in Indonesia. However, we not only introduced this
product as wet crackers which from the beginning became the food favorite in the Kapuas Hulu
district community, but we modified it by giving birth to a new product, namely wet crackers which
we made as instant noodles. For the manufacture of instant noodles from these Kerupuk Basah, in
Desa Pangeran, Silat Hilir District, they are still doing the manufacture manually or traditionally,
so at this time they still need assistance and training in making. The local community also does not
know that wet crackers can be processed into instant noodles so that it helps the community's
economy as a business sector.
