Abstract

The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Indonesian
economy has a big role and potential in developing the national and sectoral economy. However, the
types of micro, small and medium enterprises are still not well known by the wider community; thus
having an impact on the marketing of the products they produce. This limitation is an important
problem for MSMEs in developing their business. For this reason, this community service activity will
provide training to MSME players on marketing, promotion and product introduction to the public
through Internet media, with the aim of helping MSME players in the city of Sintang to better
understand E-Commerce. The target of this community service program is the MSME actors in the
city of Sintang. These training and extension activities provide benefits to the community, especially
micro, small and medium entrepreneurs in the city of Sintang. Extension participants understand
what E-Commerce is, namely the process of purchasing, selling products, services and information
carried out electronically by involving electronic fund transfers, automatic inventory management
systems and automatic data collection systems that utilize computer internet networks. In addition,
the participants also received training on how to create a product website, provided training on how
to join the existing Marketplace and designed the appearance of the products to be marketed.
