PELATIHAN MEDIA INTERAKTIF BERBASIS EDUTAINMENT BAGI GURU SDN 1 RAWAK HULU

Learning media is an important element in supporting student absorption. Without the media, the
learning materials are difficult to understand. The use of learning media is increasingly needed when the PJJ’s
program is implemented due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The existence of fun and entertaining learning media is
needed by students in carrying out learning from home. Learning media that is entertaining and fun is called
edutainment. The existence of learning media in SD Negeri 1 Rawak Hulu that supports teachers in
implementing PJJ is still very minimal, even teachers only rely on conventional media. Therefore, it is necessary
to conduct training in the design of educational-based interactive media for teachers at SD Negeri 1 Rawak
Hulu. This training activity was attended by 30 teachers who teach at SD Negeri 1 Rawak Hulu. At this stage,
training on making interactive learning media in the form of video was carried out. There are two main parts in
this stage, namely the first part in the form of giving short material, and the second part is the training. In the
second part, the training begins with the process of recording sound and pictures which contains an explanation
of the material. After that, the material development process as well as editing was carried out using the
kinemaster application. The next step is to review the content of the video, after it is declared worthy, then
rendered so that it becomes a complete video file that is ready to be distributed to students. This training
participant gave a positive response to the implementation of training activities, edutainment-based interactive
media is considered very effective to use in the learning process during the learning period Face-to-face
meetings are limited as of now, because the use of video media uploaded on social media can be watched many
times by students at home.
